Workshops
"...(the
workshop) has made me re-examine a
number of basic assumptions regarding
people and myself. A number of my
senior colleagues have commented that
there has been a distinct change in my
style after my return from the
programme. 1 can assure you that 1
have made no conscious efforts to
bring about the change. Obviously, it
is the impact of these four days
intensive and interactive workshop
coupled with the extraordinarily
incisive facilitation by Anil, Prasad
and Dinesh which has enabled me to
emerge considerably richer as an
individual and as a leader."

"...the experience is one of
those diamonds meant forever. Its
shine and radiance was quite pervasive
and as an asset they will remain with
me and perhaps with each one of us for
the rest of life while contributing.
Or while reminiscencing..."
*********
"...these three days have been
for me a river of love where 1 have
been flowing with a faith that it is
taking me closer to my mission."
**********
"..I feel confident of solving my
dilemmas relating to my professional
life and
organization. In fact I think I have
the solution."

WORKSHOP
SPECIFICS
Dates:
The dates for the workshop are April
1st to 4th. The workshop will begin on
1st morning and conclude by noon on
4th. Venue: The workshop will be held
in the picturesque surroundings of
Himachal Pradesh - amidst the
enchanting forests of Cedar, oak and
rhododendron - at Glenmoor Cottages.
The cottages are situated at about
6300 ft above sea level in upper
Dharamshala. The choice of the venue
is inspired by its being a learning
center since ancient times. Scholars
and philosophers from all over the
world come here in their scholastic
pursuits. Its close proximity to the
Dalai Lama Center and the Chinmaya
Ashram at Siddabari, both of which are
centers for deep reflection and
learning, make it an ideal place for
intense dialogue as well as personal
reflection. The retreat will also
provide an opportunity to visit the
Ashram and the Center. The
accommodation will be on shared basis
(2 to 3 people in a cottage). The
cottages can accommodate only up to 18
people. Participation fee: The
participation fee will be Rs. 50,000
per participant. This would include
the facilitation fee and stay at
Glenmoor cottages. In addition, the
fee also covers travel from Delhi to
Dharamshala and back through a
chartered flight. The flight will
leave Delhi around 1100 hours on April
1st and return on April 4th around
1600 hours.
